About Christine Whack

Christine Whack is a singer, songwriter, YouTuber, and all-around creative who is passionate about the intersection of music, storytelling, culture, and the arts. Christine spent multiple years studying music across different countries and attributes much of her current style to her time abroad. Her style blends rnb, soul, and classical music into one unique sound.

Christine studied piano and music composition and took first place three years in a row in the NAACP's ACT-SO youth program. As a result, she was able to compete in 3 cities across the country and recognized that her voice could literally take her to new places. This passion ultimately led her to pursue a B.A. in Music from Lawrence University and an M.M. from the Manhattan School of Music. During that time, Christine further delve into the realms of Opera, Negro Spirituals, Classical music, and the pop music genres. In 2023, Christine spent two months in Nairobi, Kenya where she worked with local creatives to further develop her musical palatte.

Christine has performed at stages such as the Chicago City Winery, Overflow After Dark, Next Showcase, and the Promontory. Her vibrant performances have captivated audiences and earned her appearances on platforms like the WGN Morning News, The Jam, and the AC Green Show.
