    The stage rental includes access to the stage, bathrooms, WiFi, 3 parking spots, the podcast studio, production office, and audio room.
    Are there limitations on loading equipment into the stage?
    Answer: Yes, there are no ground-level access points or loading docks, so equipment needs to be transported manually.
    What lighting equipment is available?
    We offer flexible lighting setups with dimmers and remote control options, and the grid can accommodate a load allowance of 25 plf.
    Can I book the space for a podcast recording?
    Yes, our 190 sq. ft. podcast studio is equipped with professional audio gear for high-quality recordings.
